GENERAL FAQ
What's your turnaround time? Most orders are ready within 3–5 business days, and we often turn things around even faster. During busy seasons and holidays, it may take a little longer — but we'll always keep you in the loop.
Do you take corporate orders? Absolutely! We work with businesses of all sizes for corporate gifting, bulk orders, and wholesale. Just reach out and we'll make it easy.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because every item is custom-made just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If something isn't right with your order, please email us at isha@elegantlypersonalizedgifts.com with your order number and we'll do our best to make it right.
Can I use my own text or design? Yes! We love working on custom projects. Reach out and we'll work with you to bring your idea to life. Depending on the complexity, a small design fee may apply — but we'll always be upfront about pricing before we get started.
Can you engrave a company logo? Yes! Just send a PNG of your logo to isha@elegantlypersonalizedgifts.com along with your order number and we'll take it from there.
Can I get a proof before my order is made? We offer digital proofs upon request — just ask at checkout. We don't provide proofs of finished physical products.
Can you add a business logo to a gift? Yes, and we can even engrave it on both sides of certain products (logo on the back, personalization on the front). Additional fees apply for double-sided engraving or printing.
Can I get handwriting engraved on a cutting board? Yes! We can engrave handwritten recipes, notes, and messages on our cutting boards. Just send your handwriting or note to isha@elegantlypersonalizedgifts.com with your order number. A tracing fee applies.
BRING YOUR OWN ITEM FAQ
How long does engraving take if I bring my own item? For smaller quantities and simpler designs, we may be able to engrave while you wait. Otherwise, plan for about three business days.
What types of items can you engrave? We accept select customer-provided items. For laser engraving, we work with wood, tumblers, and stainless steel. For UV printing, we also accept leather and leatherette. Not sure if your item qualifies? Just ask!

Do you offer wholesale pricing? Yes! Email us at isha@elegantlypersonalizedgifts.com for wholesale inquiries.
Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate orders? Yes! Reach out at isha@elegantlypersonalizedgifts.com and we'll put together pricing that works for your order.
SHIPPING & PICK-UP FAQ
Do you ship internationally? Right now we only ship within the United States. If any duties or export fees come up after shipping, those are the customer's responsibility.
Do you offer local pick-up? Yes! If you're in Charlotte, just select "Pick-Up" at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready along with the address and pick-up instructions.
Can you ship gifts directly to my clients? Yes, we can ship directly to your clients. Additional shipping rates may apply.
What's it like visiting your studio? We're a private, appointment-based studio in South Charlotte. All visits are scheduled ahead of time so we can give every order the attention it deserves. Here's what to expect:

PRODUCT CARE FAQ
Why does the engraving on my board look different from the photos? Wood is a natural material, so no two pieces are exactly alike — the color, grain, and how it reacts to laser engraving can all vary. This means your finished piece may be slightly lighter or darker than what's shown online. That's part of what makes each piece one of a kind!
Do you oil or finish your wood products? No, we don't apply any oils or finishes to our wood products.
How do I care for wood products? Hand wash with warm water and a little dish soap, then pat dry right away. Skip the dishwasher and don't let them soak.
How do I care for my tumbler? Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Keep it out of the dishwasher to preserve the engraving.
Are engraved tumblers dishwasher safe? Laser-engraved tumblers are dishwasher safe. UV-printed tumblers should be hand washed to keep the design looking its best.
LOCAL SERVICES FAQ
Do you offer on-site engraving in Charlotte? Yes! We bring our engraving setup to you for events in Charlotte and throughout North and South Carolina.
What can you engrave on-site? We select items that fit the theme of your event. Popular options include wine corks, bottle openers, coasters, keychains, ornaments, luggage tags, passport holders, dog tags, and more.
Can you engrave at corporate events? Absolutely. We handle everything — just show up and we'll take care of your guests. It's a seamless, memorable experience from start to finish.
Do you offer local pick-up in Charlotte? Yes! Just select "Pick-Up" at checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready with the address and pickup details.
What are your most popular engraved gifts? Our top sellers are personalized cutting boards, charcuterie boards, tumblers, and coasters.
SAME-DAY ENGRAVING FAQ
Do you offer same-day engraving? Yes! Many items can be completed within a few hours depending on the design and material.
Can I get my item engraved while I wait? Yes, for select items and simple designs. Contact us ahead of time to confirm availability.
Can I bring my own item to engrave? Absolutely. We regularly engrave customer-provided tumblers, cutting boards, and more. Just reach out first so we can confirm your item is compatible.
What items are available for same-day engraving? Tumblers, wood products, leatherette, and coated metal items are commonly done same day.
Can you handle bulk or rush corporate orders? Yes! Even on tight deadlines, we can turn around bulk engraving for corporate gifts, events, and team recognition.
How do I place a same-day order? Call or text us at (704) 916-9078 with your item, design, and timeline. We'll walk you through everything.
Where are you located? We're in South Charlotte, near SouthPark. Pick-up details are shared once your order is placed.
BIBLE ENGRAVING & PERSONALIZATION FAQ
Do you laser engrave Bibles? Not always — it depends on the cover material. Some Bible covers don't respond well to laser heat, so we often use permanent printing instead to get a clean, beautiful result.
What can be personalized on a Bible? Names, Bible verses, dates, crosses, and short meaningful messages all work great.
Do you offer same-day Bible personalization? Yes! Most Bible personalization projects are completed within about an hour, depending on availability.
What colors are available? We offer white, black, gold, silver, brown, blue, green, orange, and yellow.
Do you provide a mockup before personalizing? We don't offer mockups for Bibles, but we use our experience to recommend layouts and placements that look elegant and suit the cover well.
What occasions are personalized Bibles popular for? Baptisms, weddings, memorials, graduations, confirmations, first communions, pastor appreciation, and gifts for children or grandchildren — they're a meaningful choice for so many milestones.
LIVE ENGRAVING
What types of events do you do live engraving for? All kinds! We've done weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, brand activations, vineyard events, birthday parties, nonprofit galas, and more. If you have guests and want to give them something personal, live engraving is a great fit.
How far in advance do I need to book? The sooner the better, especially during busy seasons like the holidays and spring wedding season. We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your date, though we'll always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines.
How long does each item take to engrave? Most items take just a few minutes — it's quick enough to keep a line moving smoothly even at larger events.
How many guests can you accommodate? It depends on the items being engraved and the length of your event. Reach out with your guest count and we'll let you know what's realistic and how to plan the flow.
Do guests choose their own personalization? Yes! Guests can typically choose what they'd like engraved — a name, initials, date, short message, or design. We'll work with you ahead of time to set parameters that keep things running smoothly.
Where do you travel for on-site engraving? We're based in Charlotte, NC and regularly serve events throughout the Charlotte metro area and across North and South Carolina. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area — just ask when you inquire.
What space and power do you need at the venue? We need a standard electrical outlet and a small table or booth area to set up our equipment. We'll confirm all logistics with you during the planning process.
Can you incorporate our company logo or event branding? Yes! For corporate events and brand activations, we can engrave your logo or custom artwork alongside guest personalization. Send us your design files when you reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
What does on-site engraving cost? Pricing depends on the item, quantity, event length, and travel distance. Reach out via the contact form and we'll put together a custom quote for your event.
Do you bring the items, or do we provide them? We typically bring the items as part of the package. If you have something specific in mind or want to provide items yourself, just let us know and we'll work with you.
