Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days — please allow extra time in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

My Desi Pitara 1LLC DBA Elegantly Personalized Gifts ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.
