The sooner the better, especially during busy seasons like the holidays and spring wedding season. We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your date, though we'll always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines.

It depends on the items being engraved and the length of your event. Reach out with your guest count and we'll let you know what's realistic and how to plan the flow. For example, a wine cork takes 1.5 minutes per person from unpacking, loading, setting up text, engraving, cleaning and packaging
Yes! Guests can typically choose what they'd like engraved — a name, initials, date, short message, or design. We'll work with you ahead of time to set parameters that keep things running smoothly.
We're based in Charlotte, NC and regularly serve events throughout the Charlotte metro area and across North and South Carolina. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area — just ask when you inquire.
We need a standard electrical outlet and a 6ft. table or booth area to set up our equipment. We'll confirm all logistics with you during the planning process.
Yes! For corporate events and brand activations, we can engrave your logo or custom artwork alongside guest personalization. Send us your design files when you reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
Pricing depends on the item, quantity, event length, and travel distance. Reach out via the contact form and we'll put together a custom quote for your event. We require a two hour minimum, but can negotiate.
